SATISFACTION GURANTEED: If you are not satisfied for any reason, please e-mail us within 14 days after receiving the product, and we will make things right. Once we receive your e-mail, we will issue a "Return Merchandise Number" via e-mail to you as authorization to return the product. Once we receive the merchandise, you will be issued a credit. All returns being shipped back are responsibility of the customer. Returns can be shipped back via USPS to Lauries Socks at the following address:
